Zero Data Retention
We built Qluent with privacy and security at its core. We don't store, persist, or reuse your data beyond what's needed to answer your questions.
How it works
Ephemeral processing
When you ask Qluent a question, we process your schema metadata, business context, and query transiently. Once we generate the SQL query or answer, we immediately discard the data from memory.
No storage of your data
Qluent doesn't store query results, source data, or database contents on our servers.
We only keep minimal system logs for operational needs (uptime, latency metrics). These logs contain no customer data or identifiers.
No training or model improvements
Your data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any language model, neither our systems nor third-party LLMs. Each LLM call is stateless and scoped only to the current session.
Secure data flow
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+.
Data processing occurs in secure, region-restricted environments (e.g., EU-based compute for EU customers).
You stay in control
Qluent works with the metadata and context you import from your environment (schema, metric definitions, etc.). You can revoke access at any time.
Third-party model providers
When we use third-party LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic), we enforce "zero data retention" mode — meaning no data is logged or used for model training.
What this means for you
Your data stays under your control. We never store it, reuse it, or train models with it. This lets you benefit from AI-powered analytics while maintaining compliance with your security and privacy requirements.
