Shopify
Connect Shopify to Qluent using a connection.
To connect your Shopify store, you'll need two pieces of information:
- Shop URL (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com)
- Access Token from a custom app
Getting your Shopify API credentials
- Log in to your Shopify admin panel
- Go to "Settings" → "Apps and sales channels"
- Click "Develop apps" (you may need to enable developer mode if prompted)
- Create a new custom app:
- Click "Create an app"
- Name your app (e.g., "Qluent Integration")
- Click "Create app"
- Configure app permissions:
- In your app settings, go to "Configuration"
- Click "Configure" under "Admin API access scopes"
- Select the following permissions:
read_orders
read_returns
read_products
read_markets
- Click "Save"
- Generate API credentials:
- Go to the "API credentials" tab
- Click "Install app" to generate the access token
- Copy the "Admin API access token" - this is your access token
- Note your shop URL (found in your browser's address bar, format: your-store.myshopify.com)
Important: Keep your access token secure and never share it publicly. If compromised, regenerate it immediately.
How it works
Initially Qluent will fetch all orders and products from your Shopify store for the last 14 months. On subsequent days, Qluent will fetch the previous 30 days of data to factor in any changes to the data such as returns. If this does not coincide with your returns policy we can adjust this.
